Premier members can form Virtual Teams with other premier members to compete in the "Prove It Competition" held by KICKgen.com. Imagine having a team competing at the same time from several places all over the world. Sound impossible? Not with KICKgen's built in networking features. Now a team no longer has to live in the same area to share their talents and skills with friends. Across the country or across the world you can rise to the challenge with the support of your team!
Forming a team and competing on KICKgen.com is big part of social networking so we highly encourage you to do so. The winning team is awarded 500 points and is featured on the home page of KICKgen.com! One video from your team will result in the winning video, but the team will receive the points.
Team Rules:
- Must have at least 3 but no more than 12 members
- Must form and name itself within 30 days
- Any member can form a team but once a team is formed, that member can not join another team until the original team is disbanded
- Teams can be comprised of any belts colors - it is not necessary for only black belts to team with other black belts. This way advanced belts encourage lower belts to continue training and continuing advancing in martial arts.
- Any premier member can create a new team or join an existing team.
- If you form a new team, it is very important that you recruit new team members right away so that you can begin strategizing
- Any premier member can invite new team members and will receive 10 pts invite. Just search of browse for a member and click on team. If the member is not already on a team, invite them.
- Accepting an invitation to a new team will also give the new teammate 10 pts
- Premier members may leave a team at any time but will have to wait upon acceptance by a new team and the next competition month
- If you choose to leave your existing team, kick out
- If you are the team coach and choose to leave your team, you must assign your replacement as the new team coach
- Teams can communicate privately on your own message board, or through KICKmail
Winning teams will receive:
- 500 points for the team and the individual who submits the winning video will receive individual points
- Featured on home page as the winning team
- Exclusive, "I Proved It!" KICKgen t-shirt for each team member
